Rob Lamb

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rob Lamb created the affiliate program for Hotels.com in the late 1990's, and worked as an executive at Hotels.com until 2004. During his 6 years at Hotels.com, he held positions including: Sr. Director of Golf Services, Operations, Business Development and Marketing; Sr. Director of Strategic Corporate Accounts, Call Transfer Program, and Call Centers Sales Program; and Sr. Director of Internet Business Development and Affiliate Marketing. As Sr. Director of Internet Business Development and Affiliate Marketing, Rob developed a team to acquire and manage affiliate relationships. In 2005 Rob went to Golfhero and TravelHero.com, and in 2006 was appointed President and CEO and manage all B2C and B2B related activities, which includes the TravelHero.com B2C website, and the B2B partner products: GolfHero, EventHero, BusinessHero, and ResHero. His experience and relationships within the online travel reservation industry will enable Primus to create a hotel reservation application that will offer the entire inventory from any of the major online travel services.

David M. Wang

Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel

David has served as chief financial officer, vicepresident of corporate development and general counsel of a video game development studio and a video game publisher. In these capacities, he has directed the financing of video game enterprises, including debt and equity financing, developed strategic relationships with partners seeking to leverage video games into other businesses, and handled all general legal matters. David has practiced in the areas of corporate law, transactions, financing, commercial and fiduciary litigation, and securities law for over 12 years. David received his bachelors degree from Rice University and his JD from the Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Lane Roathe

Chief Technology Officer

Lane was a cofounder of id Software and has been involved in the production and/or development of over 100 published software products in roles such as VP of Development, producer, product manager, team lead, designer, and programmer. He has managed as many as four development teams at a time, each with 23 programmers, 12 designers, 46 artists, several shared support staff (sound, video, etc.) and external contractors. Lane has extensive software development experience using C/C++, Assembly, relational databases, Sprockets, DirectX, Microsoft Visual Studio, Codewarrior, MPW, CVS, Projector, Source Safe, and numerous game engines including Torque, Quake, Fusion, BurgerLib, Pangea, Lithtech, Artech, IFDLib, and others. Lanes experience includes 16 years of experience programming the Macintosh, 10 years with Windows, 4 years on console systems, 4 years on linux and experience with several vertical application environments and cell phone/PDA environments.

Drew Fisher

Chief Operating Officer

Drew established Barking Lizards Technologies, LLC, a video game development studio, in 2001. He has over 17 years of professional experience in software development and engineering, including 10 years at Texas Instruments/Alcatel. Prior to leaving Texas Instruments/Alcatel, he was a project manager in the area of speech and digital signal processing, and telecommunications. He was also the inventor of seven patents in the area of speech processing and graphics. Drew entered the game development industry in

1998 with a project management role at Edge of Reality, a Dallas video game developer. Prior to Edge of Realitys relocation to Austin, Texas, he led nearly every project in the companys history including Tony Hawk, Spiderman, Tony Hawk 2 and Monster Truck Madness, all for the N64 platform. After the relocation, Drew established Barking Lizards in 2001 and grew Barking Lizards from a 2man development shop to a company with over 50 employees. His leadership of a diverse team of artists, programmers, engineers, managers and executives and his fiscal discipline has resulted in a company that operates profitably in support of leading companies in the video game publishing industry. Drew received a BSEE and an MSEE from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Rob Legg

Director of Publishing

Rob started his career in the video game industry in 1996 at ION Storm as an Associate Producer, while eventually moving on to Market Manager. After five years and shipping four AAA titles (Dominion: StormOver Gift 3, Diakatana, Anachronox, and Deus Ex) he took a marketing/business development position within the financial industry. In 2004, Rob returned to the entertainment software industry when he was recruited to Bamboo Technology as the Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development. In early 2008 he joined Shanghai, China based Ultizen Game Labs as the Director of North American Business Development. In addition to bringing a wealth of Business Development and Marketing knowledge to Primus, Rob also brings strong connections in the gaming industry, including press, technology vendors and game publishers. Rob has a BS for Texas A&M.
